Toronto Beer Week Official Beer: Aleyards

Each year we collaborate with one of Toronto's finest craft breweries and this year we are pleased to have collaborated with Junction Craft, Rainhard Brewing and Shacklands Brewing to brew Aleyards Collaboration IPA.

Brewed with Kiln Amber malt and fermented with a Vermont Ale yeast, this is a juicy 6.8% alc.vol, 58 IBU IPA that will please every hophead. The use of Hallertau Blanc, Simcoe and Mosaic hops both in the kettle and by dry hopping has produced a fruity, cltrusy IPA with an aggressive hop flavour and aroma.
